Lars K. Eklund from Stockholm, Sweden is TCI's immediate past president .

He is PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics and Director Competitiveness at the Swedish Agency for Innovation Systems - VINNOVA.

Alberto Pezzi from Barcelona, Spain is TCI's secretary. Alberto Pezzi is Head of analysis of the Observatory of Industrial Foresight of the Catalan Government Centre for Innovation and Business Development (CIDEM) - www.cidem.com with direct responsibilities in industry competitiveness and cluster-based initiatives.
