It aims at improving transnational cooperation and public and private partnership in the field of innovation and technology transfer to Small and Medium sized-Enterprises. Its Members are Governmental bodies, International Organisations and NGOs, as well as Intermediaries and their Networks acting in the field of innovation, technology transfer and SME related issues.
The Association manages an Internet portal, that provides information, services and facilities to its Members and to those interested in the fields within INSME's scope.

- CJAED High-Tech Workshop
