Five Bulgarian companies expressed their interest in becoming part of the automobile cluster in the Austrian province Styria (AC Styria). This became clear during a bilateral business forum held November 9.
The forum was organised by the Bulgarian Industrial Association in colaboration with the administration of Styria (Steiermark).
The Bulgarian manufacturers (Dinamo-Sliven, Arexim-Smolyan, Druzhba-Razgrad, Kaproni-Kazanluk and Remel–Elena) want to start producing components for the Austrian automobile cluster.
AC Styria was funded in 1994 and became financially independent in 1999. It is among Europe’s most successful industry clusters.
