White book executive summary available

The executive summary and the introductory chapter of the white book with the results of last year's TCI conference in Gothenburg is now available for download.

The final digital version will be ready at the end of May and a print version will also be available after a few weeks.
TCI plans to convert the digital version to a kind of 'living document' where members can contribute comments and references.

The executive summary and first chapter can be downloaded from the web site of IKED: www.iked.org/whitebook.
