The Clustering Knowledge Services consists of the provision of on demand information and research services commissioned to TCI knowledge professionals by TCI members or other external users.

The on-demand and ad hoc research and information services will be provided by TCI knowledge professionals that will search, identify, select and summarize cluster-related information to save TCI members or other potential users time and resources and, while at the same time taking advantage of their know-how and experiences in information searching and collection as well as their expertise on cluster topics.
These services, accessible only on a fee basis, will be open to all requestors (for non members the service will include the TCI membership) and will be particularly useful in all cases where information is not directly available through the self-service tools (that is on the clustering knowledge portal) or when the requestor is looking not only for raw data, but rather for an elaborated package of information.
In these cases TCI knowledge professionals will prepare on demand research starting with information already available or prepared through specific research activities . Nevertheless, it should be clarified that the level of elaboration of the information and the services provided will not include, in any case, any type of analysis. That will remain exclusively for the requestor .
These third level services are charged on a per hour or per diem basis by TCI knowledge professionals. Once the request is placed TCI knowledge professional will try to estimate the time needed for completing it and the expected timing of delivery and then they will forward this data to the requestor for approval before continuing.
