Alison MunroCEO, Scottish Enterprise Alison Munro is a manager within the Knowledge Management Directorate in Scottish Enterprise. Her specific purpose is to facilitate the creation, sharing and use of knowledge across the Clusters & Industries Directorate, in order to enable better decision-making and so result in more effective operational performance.She has been involved in cluster activities since Scottish Enterprise adopted the approach in 1998 and worked in the teams which developed the strategies for Scotland's Microelectronics, Tourism and Optoelectronics clusters. In the last year she has been working on two cluster related projects: the design of a monitoring and evaluation framework which captures the complexity of cluster activities; and in a "Review of Scottish Enterprise Pilot Clusters - one year in". |
