Patrick Dümmler

Patrick Dümmler is research assistant at the Institute for Territorial Development and Landscape (IRL), Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich with a scientific focus on evaluation and analysis of clusters, theory of networks and spatial effects of structural change.
Important projects:
- Cluster analysis of knowledge based agents (KBA) like high-tech, knowledge intensive business services (KIBS) and higher education in Switzerland
- European Spatial Planning Observatory Network (ESPON), observer for Switzerland
- Economic evaluation of the casino applications in Switzerland on behalf of the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (completed spring 2003)
