Structure and organization

The legal entity of The Competitiveness Institute is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, with a global scope, open to members from all countries.

Members

Members are grouped into three different categories:
  1. Ordinary Members: The Competitiveness Institute's ordinary members can be individual cluster practitioners with at least two years of proven experience in cluster projects.
  2. Supporting Members: Non-profit organizations, government agencies, or multilateral organizations dedicated to fostering economic development participating as economic supporters of The Institute.
  3. Honorary Members: Nominated by the Board of Directors in recognition for their contribution to the Association.

General Assembly

The General Assembly of our members meets at least once a year, generally during the Annual conference.

The Board of Advisors

Nominated by the Board of Directors, is composed by relevant personalities from the world of politics, business, and international institutions that have played an important role in the application of cluster initiatives.

Members of the Board of Advisors are honorary members of The Competitiveness Institute. Their role is to assist the Board of Directors in defining the guidelines of the activities of the organization.
