Final Report of the expert group on enterprise clusters and networks (Europe)
This project on clusters was carried out with the help of 13 EU Member States, eleven candidate countries and two EFTA/EEA countries
The report has several aims:

- to try and give some answers as to what extent clusters and networks really offer a favourable framework for enhancing the productivity, the innovation and competitiveness of SME's
- identify how the countries involved in the report take into account clusters and networks in their national, regional local and EU policies.
- give examples of "good practices" in the represented countries
- propose possible future activities aiming to support cluster development
