This 2000 paper by Erik Brouwer and Pim der Hertog from the Utrecht University was contributed to the TSER project "RTO's in the Service Economy."

The information in this paper stems from 3 different ongoing projects on the Information and Communication cluster in the Netherlands:

• "ClusterMonitor Multimedia" performed for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs
• "RTOs in the Service Economy (RISE) project performed under the Targetted Socio Economic Research Programme
• Work within the framework of the OECD Cluster Focus Group

The purpose of this paper is to bring together a number of tables that demonstrate the performance of the Information and Communication cluster and compare it to other business in the Netherlands.
