TCI President Juan Manuel Esteban

Since October 2007, Juan Manuel Esteban is TCI President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is economist and coordinates the Cluster Policy in the Basque Country, Spain.

Juan Manuel Esteban was elected as TCI President during the General Assembly in Portland, October 2007. He convinced with his strong commitment and enthusiasm combined with his long experience in clusters. He has the full support from his employer, the Basque Government, for his presidency.

Juanma is an economist who graduated from Deusto University in 1976. Since 1982 he has been a civil servant in the Basque Government working on industrial, commercial and touristic policy making. Since 1999 he has served as Coordinator of the Basque Country Cluster Policy within the Department of Industry of the Basque Government.
