Conference Evaluation

A first summary of Conference Evaluations is available and shows an overall very positive feedback.

Question Score of 4 or 5
A) The program was interesting and insightful. 82%
B) The Speakers and Cluster Initiatives covered many issues I am interested in. 79%
C) I was introduced to many new topics and issues, and learned many important things. 58%
D) The Academic Summit was valuable. 59%
E) The level of interaction and networking opportunities with other participants was satisfactory. 81%
F) The conference was well organized. 65%
G) The conference was good value. 40%
H) I would recommend this conference to a colleague. 85%

There appears to be a high degree of customer satisfaction overall, but clear indications of room for improvement as well. Written comments reinforced the positive impressions from many of the presentations (with keynotes by Christian Ketels and Michael Enright mentioned the most often), and the opportunities for genuine discussions in the break-out sessions.

Areas that appear to need more thought for next year's conference: cost, greater consistency between topics and speakers in the program, and greater value from the Academic Summit.
