A word from the president
----------------------------------------------------------------
Preparations for our Annual Conference in Ottawa are going well
and we are already searching for hosts for next year's
conference. Hosting the conference is a valuable opportunity to
achieve international recognition of your competitiveness
initiatives.
TCI has launched a Call for Proposals for the organisation of its
8th Annual Conference to be held in 2005. Proposals from within
the Asia Pacific region will be particularly welcome because of
the rotation scheme to organize the conference which alternates
between Europe/Middle East/Africa, Americas and Asia/Pacific
regions.
If you are interested in hosting this event, you can download our
Call for Proposals document which contains more detailed
information on how to apply. For any further questions please
contact Franziska Blunck fblunck @ competitiveness.org at the TCI
headquarter in Barcelona or Alan Koziarski akoziarski @
competitiveness.org , TCI's vice president for Asia Pacific
Wishing you all the best,
Alec Hansen
