The UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has recently published "A practical guide for developing clusters". This guide provides a snapshot of existing clusters across the United Kingdom and informs about the development of clusters policy.

This Discussion paper is the outcome of several cluster workshops, seminars and interviews conducted by a cluster working group from the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development in Victoria, Australia.
