Cancellation Policy

All conference cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the conference start date. All cancellations are subject to the following administrative fees:

Before September 1, 2004 - $50 CDN
After September 1, 2004 - $200 CDN

* Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
