Barbara Fuchs, Project Manager within the department 'Network and Cluster Building' of ecoplus - The Regional Development Agency of Lower Austria. She is responsible for the development of standards and synergies between the four existing cluster initiatives in the region of Lower Austria (Timber, Automotive, Wellbeing, and Ecological Construction) as well as for knowledge management concerning generic cluster know-how and for human resources development. Prior to her time with ecoplus she was a senior consultant for a management consultancy in the fields of organisational development and human resources development. She has also worked for the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute and has led projects in the field of women's health research. Barbara Fuchs holds a Diploma as Management and Organisational Trainer and a Master in Psychology from the University of Vienna, Austria.
