Alan KoziarskiSector Director - Education, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise Alan Koziarski from Wellington, New Zealand is TCI's vice president and representative for the Asia Pacific region. Alan has recently been appointed Senior Director for Education and has been Director for Clusters and Networks for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.New Zealand Trade and Enterprise is the New Zealand Government's trade and economic development agency, and has a network of 48 offices world wide and 500+ staff. Its role is to improve the capability and international competitiveness of New Zealand businesses. The agency has a strong cluster component at national, sectoral and regional levels with a portfolio of 45 clusters across all industry groups. Alan Koziarski has developed the cluster programme and managed it for two years. Before that he undertook cluster development in Australia, Canada, South Africa and New Zealand. He brings experience as a trainer of cluster facilitators, a cluster manager, and now the manager of a national programme to TCI. Alan holds a MA (Hons) in Political Science from Canterbury University |
