North Dakota's smart prairie strategy
This is a report by the New Economy Initiative program - a public/private initiative coordinated by the Greater North Dakota Association. The New Economy has been set up in order to aid North Dakotans succesfully manage growth and change.
The primary aim of this action plan is to lay out an emerging vision of the state's future to which public and private leaders can commit themselves and to present an action agenda for achieving that vision.
